Coach 'Rip' has over 10 years of experience in performance coaching and providing therapy to high level athletes. He has worked with numerous athletes at the professional and collegiate level, as well as developing youth athletes. In 2012, professional tennis players began seeking out his expertise on developing a powerful serve and keeping healthy shoulders. After developing multiple players who served 140+ mph, he naturally transitioned into working with baseball players who were looking to hit and throw with more power, and improve their speed. His formal education includes a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science, as well as massage therapy school. His areas of study include performance training and recovery, biological emergence and psychology. Coach Rip created the Emerge system thru extensive experience and research relating to adaptation potential of the human organism. Emerge is based upon maximal performance, and the consistent ability to perform in this optimal adaptive state without breaking down.
