Our baseball performance program focuses on assessing and developing three of the most basic qualities a baseball player can display, pure speed (laser timed 60 yard dash), hitting power (exit velocity off a tee with a wood bat), and throwing power (Stalker radar on an IF/OF throw).  We work with our network of baseball coaches to then ensure that natural athleticism carries over to the skills of baseball efficiently.  We strive to develop our athletes to the level where they can sprint a <6.5 60 yd dash, hit the ball off the tee at 100+ mph exit velo, and throw the ball 100+ mph.

Our football performance program focuses on assessing and developing three of the most basic qualities a football player can display, pure sprint speed (laser timed 40 yard dash), explosiveness (vertical and broad jump), and agility (Pro shuttle and 3-cone drill). We work with our network of football coaches to then ensure that natural athleticism carries over to the skills of football efficiently. We strive to develop our athletes to the level where they can sprint a <4.5 40 yard dash, vertical jump 35+ inches, and complete the pro shuttle and 3-cone in <4.2 and <7.0 seconds.
